This study explores the intricate interplay between the environment, mental well-being, and lifestyle, aiming to understand how these three elements collectively shape an individual’s overall health and quality of life. Using a quantitative research approach, the study examines the connections between environmental factors, personal habits, and mental health outcomes. Findings emphasize the crucial role of environmental elements, particularly green spaces, air quality, and social settings, in influencing mental well-being. Additionally, lifestyle choices such as physical activity, daily routines, and work-life balance emerge as significant contributors to mental health. Understanding these relationships paves the way for fostering a healthier environment and enhancing both individual and community well-being. Moreover, this study highlights the importance of aligning daily life with Islamic teachings, promoting responsible environmental stewardship and mental self-care. The findings offer valuable insights for shaping public health initiatives and policies aimed at improving mental well-being. This highlights the need for initiatives that encourage healthier behaviors and cultivate environments that support mental health and overall quality of life.
